I don’t usually post things like this, but credit goes where it’s due. I used to be skeptical about crypto trading until I met @ines_ferre . Thanks to the guidance, I’ve just received my 4th payout of £50,000+ credited directly to my bank account in just two hours.

“In 1924,Procter & Gamble used a $17 million government grant to create the American Heart Association. “ @bigfatsurprise Is this true?
My Grandma used to tell me when she switched from cooking with butter, lard & tallow....to Crisco. Newspapers & women's magazines used faulty information by Proctor & Gamble to convince ladies that "a good housewife" only uses Crisco for her family. She always repeated what the news said: It was clean & pure white for a no odor kitchen It was highly "digestible" It was "healthier" than animal fats It was budget friendly & cheaper than butter Crisco was introduced to the public in 1911, made from toxic waste seed oils & then thru toxic Hydrogenation process. Crisco=CRYStalized Cottonseed oil In 1924,Procter & Gamble used a $17 million government grant to create the American Heart Association. They then used this association to promote the perceived benefits of this new vegetable-based product. we now know that hydrogenated oils & trans fatty acids are bad for our health causing problems like increased heart disease, increased cancer, growth problems, learning disorders and infertility—P&G knew it also back then but worked behind the scenes to cover them up. It’s another sad example of us being lied to once again.

Regardless of what you think of Paul, this is the Unifying Theory of Everything, and IMO is the answer for almost everyone.

Myth - "80% of soy crops is fed to livestock" Truth - 85% of the world's soy is processed for oil, for human consumption. The crushed waste that's left, which is 80% of the WEIGHT of the crop, is fed to livestock. The catastrophic deforestation in the Amazon has much more to do with feeding humans, than feeding livestock.

🚨#OreoVsStatin - PUBLISHED!🚨 mdpi.com/2218-1989/14/1/73 @Oreo cookies were 💥2X as potent💥 at lowering my LDL cholesterol (LDL-C) compared to high-intensity statin therapy! What you NEED to know... 👉This was a metabolic demonstration, a 'do not do this at home' experiment that makes no 'health' claims about cookies or cholesterol. 👉The purpose was to BOLDLY test a prediction of the Lipid Energy Model #LEM, i.e. that adding in carbs, including in the from of an Oreo cookies 'addition' (not carb-fat swap) would lower LDL-C in an LMHR on a #keto diet Why Oreos? ... It's (productively) provocative! 😱 Research on #cholesterol on #keto diets and the #LEM and #LMHR phenotype has so much to teach us about human lipid metabolism! ... But how do I (we) communicate the scientific 'awe' that we feel to the greatest number of people (as well as force a conversation about #LMHR and #LEM that needs to happen)? ... A dramatic demonstration designed to turn heads might work! It's not 'just click bait' ... it's 'legit-bait' I want YOU to feel the 'shock and awe' I feel every day studying this topic. And I want you to engage in the research journey. What you need to do... or should do... 🙏PRETTY PLEASE 🙏! 👉PLEASE WATCH 👀 VIDEO ABSTRACT here (<8 min): youtu.be/L1mMnnyJrgk 👉 SHARE THIS LINK to the paper itself in a quote RT or original Tweet of your own: mdpi.com/2218-1989/14/1/73 ... doing so helps promote the work and provoke the discussion ... and feel free to tag in your favorite influencers (or least favorite 😉)... A HUGE thanks to the senior author and expert lipidologist @Lipoprotein for his guiding wisdom, insightful thoughts, and always open and curious mind. And to @realDaveFeldman, my friend, research wife, and the '#LEM daddy' Finally... there will be a LOT of coverage of this experiment. Keep in mind, we are not making any health claims, but through a dramatic demonstration, highlighting an uncomfortable tension that arises from a prediction of the Lipid Energy Model, and that is consistent with prior data (7+ papers, including 'highest tier' data like our recent meta-analysis of 41 RCTs). Science is supposed to embrace such uncomfortable questions... so, join us in being curious and advocating for much needed research on #LEM and #LMHR so we can make sense of what observations like this really mean... STAY CURIOUS 🤔

Interesting for anyone with problems digesting dairy. The solution could be going more natural rather than more artificial, i.e. plant “milks”.
This is extremely personal for me but I want to be honest with why I drink Raw Milk every day as a lactose intolerant person. My entire life changed, my health and body changed all for the better. After I found out this information, I knew I would never be the same. Raw milk contains various nutrients, probiotics, and enzymes, although the specific amounts and types can vary based on factors like cow's diet, health, and processing. Here are some of the top nutrient contents and potential probiotics/enzymes in raw milk: 1. Proteins: Raw milk is a good source of complete proteins, providing essential amino acids necessary for various bodily functions, including muscle building and repair. 2. Vitamins: Raw milk can contain vitamins such as vitamin D (important for bone health), vitamin A (essential for vision and immune function), vitamin B12 (important for nerve function and energy metabolism), and riboflavin (a B vitamin important for energy production). 3. Minerals: Besides calcium, raw milk contains other essential minerals like potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium, which play various roles in bodily functions 4. Probiotics: Raw milk may contain natural probiotics, such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium species, which are beneficial bacteria for gut health and may support digestion. 5. Enzymes: Raw milk is believed to retain enzymes like lactase, lipase, and protease, which could aid in the digestion of lactose, fats, and proteins. Focus on the enzyme Lactase, that’s the key. That is how you digest the sugars (lactose) in milk. This enzyme that allows for the breakdown of sugars in your stomach, unfortunately, gets boiled away during the pasteurization process. And that’s why majority of people cannot digest milk because global health calls for milk to be pasteurized for shelf life so it can be shipped further and just last longer. But there’s no health benefits, only money benefits. I transitioned from Almond Milk to Raw Milk and my digestion has never been better. The alternative milks are not nutritional, they mimic texture rather than provide value. There is a whole rabbit hole to fall into, but I’m telling you the truth, My life got better when I started drinking raw milk.

Filthy lucre corrupts everything.
My latest for @washingtonpost uncovers a little known food industry tactic: Food companies, including sugar and soda producers, are paying dietitians to promote their products and deliver industry-friendly messages on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. wapo.st/3sTupax

Piglet jumped backwards hurriedly, and smelt at his violets. “I think -” began Piglet nervously. “Don’t” said Eeyore. “I think violets are rather nice,” said Piglet. And he laid his bunch in front of Eeyore and scampered off. ~A.A.Milne #thursdaymood #flowers #gift

A lot of people still think whole grains, i.e. oatmeal, are healthy. Grains are the least nutritious food group. This doesn't mean that you cannot include them in your diet, but there needs to be a fundamental understanding of what you should rely on for your nutrients.

"It isn't so Hot in my field about three o'clock in the morning as some people think it is," said Eeyore. "It isn't Close, if you know what I mean. It isn't Stuffy. In fact, Christopher Robin, quite-between-ourselves-and-don't-tell-anybody, it's Cold."~A.A.Milne #cold
