@asha_shar @satyanadella @Microsoft @XBOX I'm having problems with the rewards program within the last year or so,can't redeem anything at all,and I'm not the only one who this is happening to,look at these pics below,we're all having the same problem and it's restricting our rewards,it isn't fair and to make things worse we report it and nothing happens and they tell us the same thing without any real explanation,like I've been nothing but a faithful and extremely loyal Xbox gamer since 2007 when I bought my very 1st Xbox 360 and fell in love with gaming even more,I don't use mods,I haven't done anything illegal to deserve this nor haven't anyone else,there's also no phone number to talk to an actual person who could actually help us out,but there's literally nothing nor no one who can help us at all,so please I know y'all are busy running the company and getting ready to get out the Xbox Helix (which y'all should leave it with that name as it sounds amazing tbh) but can y'all please look into this asap,I'm trying to save up my rewards points to add it to my Xbox account so when the Xbox Helix is about to release I can use all my points to get as much and pay the difference cause let's face it,I'm sure it's gonna be very expensive but I'm saving up cause I wanna have that true powerhouse console unlike any other in the history of gaming,for nearly 20yrs I've been loyal and faithful with the Xbox brand,I've defended it to my friends and social sites alike cause I want true competition again,but anyway please look into this issue for us cause it most certainly deserves a response and most us who have our accounts wrongfully restricted needs to be addressed asap,thank you for your time and keep up the great work #xboxislife #xbox4life #xboxhelix P.S. @Colteastwood please help us make contact with Xbox about this issue,it isn't fair to us loyal fans you know,thanks bro much appreciate it whether you do or don't,but I know you're a good dude and you'll help get word of this out there cause it needs to be addressed asap,thank you✌️

I think it's safe to say that I will not be buying #MW4 @InfinityWard @Activision y'all left me with a CoD game that no longer feels like CoD,IDK if any of the 3 devs for CoD will ever bring back CoD to it's golden era days of the 360/ps3 era,I'll just wait until late next year or the following year for MW4 release on gamepass,hopefully by then all the bugs will be fixed and the cheaters down to a minimal-non state,cheaters are ruining the game,and would it hurt for y'all to FINALLY not only remove or reduce SBMM but for there to be modes without OP shotguns and OP sniper rifles?,would it hurt for y'all to do this?,nope you only wanna cater to children and cheaters from what it looks like,just saying having extra options of modes of play would go a long way to make people like myself say "hey,they're actually listening to us",but what's the point cause y'all don't care,smh

Yep I agree cuh,my Crew is at lv1 also,we've all played more than 40 games combined and our crew xp is only at +300 like wtf?,it's so dumb imo

Hey @Colteastwood Do you know anything of why some Xbox accounts are getting restricted?,idk what's going on,been going on since last September,and I'm not the only one this has happened to,I went on reddit and it's happened to lots of Xbox players,like I've emailed them and they don't tell me the exact reasoning for it nor through the website when chatting with a bot it doesn't give you any of the details as to why this is happening at all,can you maybe bring it up in a video expressing concern about this topic cause to be wrongfully restricted is just wrong imo,any help would be a huge thank you bro✌️
