Shame I have to resort to Twitter to vent my disappointment with @VirginAtlantic who used to be my favourite airline. Simple request re changing a booking that needs human interaction but I’m having to cancel a flight with no refund - due to “computer says no” attitude.Disgrace!
Incredulous that my complaint to @VirginAtlantic about impossible to get human interaction was met with “use the web” bot response! Still no human!
