Our Senior Project Officer, Dave McLaren has been busy setting up a super smart centre pivot at our Dairy Research Facility in Elliott. The pivot reads a prescribed map with an aim to irrigate smarter.
I’m struggling to put much faith in people who endorse coughing into your elbow, and also replacing a hand shake with.... an elbow bump. And then asking people to use their common sense. Can’t they join the dots?

#sneakpeek Getting to play with some new features, will be great if they are released in time for #plant20 keeping the operators 👀 on the screen and not their phone #itisasecret #youdidntseeithere
I just canned a trip to Perth because of #COVID19. Going would increase my risk from sweet FA up to tiny - safer than driving, or crossing the road.
But this isn’t about individuals. Across society, risk accumulates. We literally save lives by reducing the chance of transmission
T3rracutta + @JohnDeere iGrade + land plane + Wolverine ditcher. Awesome combo. This paddock has a long history of waterlogging, we have gone a long way to fixing it today. Just add water!

Lot of new things in View @PCTagcloud
View all yield by crop x season on common colour scale. Or any other data across the farm.
View multiple years of soil samples and observe trends in nutrients.
View NDVI, PCD, LAI, NDREN and many more. Compare fields.
This should be useful to our Tassie clients. We have the Fire Danger Index working well on our @mywildeye weather stations, including sending alerts. Also, some owners are open to sharing the info in exchange for a little something.
When it really goes to shit, these are the people you want to have money. It is really going to shit for a fair number of people today. Ag Logic is donating, and the more the merrier. redcross.org.au/campaigns/di…

It's a question tens of thousands of parents would be asking: "how long before my child can get access to the NDIS?" If this freedom of information response is anything to go by - the answer is more black than white #auspol

Did you know that from PCT Agcloud your SVI or NDVI can be going to My Operations App automatically. This one looks like the yield map. Warning - this doesnt always happen but this is an excellent example of when it does.

Dragon-line irrigation pivot retrofit set up for spuds. Australia’s first, and if the expected infiltration and efficiency gains are realised it won’t be the last. I’ll be putting a few soil probes in to help assess it. Well done Simplot for looking into it. @360Monitoring
