If you're considering starting a company with a venture studio, you may hear of some misconceptions. Let's talk about it.
1. Venture studios are not the same as incubators or accelerators. They are true co-founders that are immersed into the business.
2. Venture studios are not only for first-time founders. Seasoned entrepreneurs can also focus on building their product while leveraging the studio to scale their business.
3. Venture studios do not stifle creativity. Founders can pivot the business idea as they continue to explore the market.

One of the absolute most valuable things my team does is plan on Friday afternoons so we can hit the ground running when we arrive on Monday morning vs. struggling through the post-weekend mental haze.
Had two of them! One for the parents to call/take when I got in trouble and another one with a transparent case (thought I was being slick with my ghost phone) for friends.
