When I started writing the podcast, I was a little uncertain that the major cause of mass death being asphyxiation from volcanic dust would not be plausible. Wouldn't people just be safe and wear masks?
Now I know it's very plausible
Especially when you decided to focus season 2 on disease and disability and how not all doctors are good people and how often the system leaves behind queers, women, disabled people, etc
