Genuinely don’t understand how you can be a ‘world class’ , international player / keeper and be so stupid.

Said for years, the biggest problem at United is and has been the characters of the players, not their ability, not the managers.
🗣️ "That's on the manager and on the staff to say, it is not on me." Bruno Fernandes reacts to Man Utd's 4-1 defeat by Como 🤐

Just simply being here when we nearly went bust is not the necessary credentials to manage a successful Sheffield Wednesday #SWFC
I don’t know on what basis people are suggesting HP deserves managers job next season. Not looking to argue, genuinely don’t get it. Was just in right place at right time to even get it this year. #SWFC

Gordon Strachan says Tommy Gravesen once nearly sent a referee over the edge during a Champions League night when he was at Celtic. Celtic were 1–0 up against Benfica at half-time when the fourth official came across: “Mr Strachan, could you go and see the referee?” Strachan expected a red card, a moan about the bench, something serious. Instead the referee told him: “Mr Strachan, I’m not enjoying the game.” Strachan's answer was pure Strachan: “We’ve all had s*** games pal, don’t worry about it, you will get better.” The referee said that wasn't the problem: “Mr Gravesen keeps talking to me. I cannot concentrate… I’m making bad decisions because he keeps speaking to me.” And it wasn't even abuse. Gravesen was jogging alongside him trying to sort him a night out: “Are you staying here tonight lad? Is your family here? If you want to go out tonight, I’ll take you to places.” Strachan says they assumed the ref was making it up, until they watched the game back the next day and there was Gravesen, pointing and chatting away, with the referee eventually trying to push him off. Offering the ref a tour of the town mid-match is a new one.

Haven’t seen adult sub suits in the elite level of the game for years. I’d love to see them make a return! January, away to Sunderland, 14 mins on clock Bournemouth’s new foreign signing freezing to death, finally gets it all unzipped with like 6 left of the clock.

If Bromley was a 10 and Hudds 1st half was 1. In the 12 competitive fixtures this season almost all have been a lot closer to the 1 than the 10. Has to change tomorrow , sick of hearing about how great training is. #SWFC

Was good to see DKD announcing himself on Saturday. Did really well when he came on, unsurprisingly when central. Be very interesting to see what HP does at the weekend with him and CS #SWFC

Still not having Wirtz . He’s tidy but seems miles off it too play in prem. it’s like players too fast and strong for him.

Absolute man mountain! I’ll stick my neck on line. Player of the year already #SWFC
No way at all. They have to see it in real time when there is no VAR present as is the case in League One. Rumours (and only rumours at this time) state he may have been shown the incident on the sidelines by the Sheffield Wednesday dugout which would undoubtedly alter his ‘real time’ judgement. At the time I reported it as a penalty and that we were lucky to get away with it. Harness clearly connecting with a high boot to the face of Cooper (see photo). The issue we have now is how the 4th official came about seeing the incident. That’s the real question here and if the rules were adhered to correctly. #HTAFC #swfc

Want to see us perform today! I’m not even talking about result. They have a new manager (local lad), and 7/11 new players started their last match. So this imaginary time frame to look a decent side and create a style shouldn’t be used today. No more reasons why not. #SWFC

Saturday mornings watching Soccer AM and that version of Soccer Saturday 😍.
"Everyone said we were the best pundits in the world, we were hopeless" 😅 Charlie Nicholas on what was really going on behind the scenes every week on Soccer Saturday 👀

Psssst dad, dad. I saw that keeper you told me about! Saved a pen last minute, jumped up saved what should have been a tap in on the rebound too, was spraying it about like David Beckham.

I’m surprised they loaned him back to Championship, he should be playing elite level every week. Hes soooo good it’s unreal
Replying to @TWFootball1867
I’m not sure there is a young keeper in the country with the potential that Charles has. I genuinely think in a few years there is every chance he is playing for Liverpool/City or the alike. #SWFC
