OS at the time was much lower available-around 67 million 46 mil float. 836 mil + went OFF EXCHANGE (over 18 x's float) and a halt at .71 never explained. CEO/CFO came from another company together $AVX . Former CEO got offerings rolling .94 5/26 w/Ayrton-CT=Caymans/Alto Master Fund. New CEO/CFO (8/5/26) continued with Ayrton for another note .35 warrants. Notice big green candle from 3month/1day chart with .71 high/halt 8/28/26. Chart starts at 8/4/26 a day before new CEO took over.
