The latest insider build fixes the blank timeline issue. Big update coming soon! – at South East, England

The issue with no timelines showing is due to a Windows bug in v17025.1000 and higher. I have reported and am hoping for a fix in the next insider update.

I have been getting reports of tweet sections not displaying correctly in the latest Windows updates. I'm investigating the issue
