Microsoft thinks creating software could become as routine as making a spreadsheet.
Which sounds useful.
But how many spreadsheets exist because someone said, "I'll just make something real quick." 😅
What happens when building an app is that easy?

Projects don't usually go off track all at once.
A deadline slips. A decision gets postponed. The scope gets fuzzier.
Everyone is still working, so it still feels like progress.
Our free webinar helps you recognize project drift and start the recovery.

#Copilot inherited your organization.
The organized information and the messy stuff.
The documented processes and the tribal knowledge.
The good workflows and the workarounds.
Sometimes an "AI problem" has been there much longer than the AI.

Closing one often feels like:
Great. What's next? 😅
But finishing the work and closing the project well aren't the same.
Our free webinar looks at what high-performing PMs do before they officially call it done.

Somewhere between "this approval process is frustrating" and "we need to transform the business," there should probably be a conversation. 😅
Our latest blog looks at what should happen before you decide how big the solution needs to be.

Worth a skim to see what's new and what might be useful to your team.

Well...
Later is here. 😬
If you've moved to PS-SE, this blog looks at what comes next now that you finally have room to think beyond the migration itself.

Sometimes waiting for clarity is exactly what keeps us from finding it.
Design thinking offers another approach: start small enough to test, learn and adjust w/out betting everything on one big decision.
Our blog explores how to break decision paralysis.

September 30 is the finish line for Project Online but it isn't the finish line for your transition.
The technology can be migrated while teams are still learning new habits, processes, and ways of working. This webinar focuses on making the change stick.

Being indispensable sounds like a compliment.
Until you can't delegate, take a vacation, or move on to higher-value work because nobody else knows what you know.
Expertise should make your organization stronger. It shouldn't make one person a bottleneck.

PMI recently asked an interesting question:
Where does an AI agent belong on a RACI?
Their answer: an agent can be Responsible, but Accountability stays human.
AI may change who's doing the work. It doesn't eliminate the need for someone to own it.

"Where should we save this?" isn't really a technology question.
Who owns the information? Who needs it? How will they find it later? How should it be managed?
Answer those first and choosing between OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint gets much easier.
