Kriisa’s alleged illegal acts all occurred during his time at West Virginia, where he claimed his mother needed cancer treatment and that his family farm needed saving.
To carry out the alleged scam, he used a fake persona named “Irene,” sending emails and text messages to pressure people into sending money.
None of Kriisa’s claims were true, and he could face 𝟱𝟬–𝟲𝟬 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗦 in prison in a worst-case scenario, according to multiple lawyers.
