AWFUL: #Bears GM Ryan Poles was crying while telling Adrian Colbert that he was being released.
“THIS KILLS ME…”
"Some guys you're rooting for. You're one of them”
As a kid, Adrian was hit by a car at 55 mph, in a coma for weeks, overcoming odds.

Any of my college coaches or recruiters on here that may be looking for a late sleeper to sign, don’t miss my guy LJ. Incredible talent, but his character, heart and work ethics precedes all the stats.

One of the hardest things to witness is children being forced to figure out life on their own. Too often, the examples in their lives don’t offer the intentional time, presence, or guidance they deserve—time that could help them grow, challenge themselves, and build confidence. Instead, social validation takes the front seat, while the true development of the child—and the elevation of our culture—gets left behind.
We tell kids to look at people who “made it”—but we rarely show them how.
For a child, that journey is hard to imagine. The struggle, the steps, the sacrifice—it’s too far removed.
They don’t just need success stories.
They need roadmaps.
