Fun fact: when Omar asked the guy what he's in for and the guy says he's here on a 22-55, the guy was actually in prison for real at the time and he was actually waiting on a 22-55 hearing and he agreed to do the show.. Another fun fact is that guys name is Donnie Andrews and he is the actual man that the Omar Little character was based on.. Just a couple more reasons why the wire is best show of all time. I love how Omar was like, "Marlo? naw I never heard of him." No matter how hard Marlo tried, he could never get his name to ring bells like Omar or Avon. I love how this reminds one that Omar is only human. You can clearly see how terrified he was at the prospect of being in there alone. Another point that shows how nobody knows who Marlo is despite him trying his best to be known on the west side. Omar not only knew who Avon is, but knew who every single one of his soldiers is and how they work. Marlo tried so hard to be known but in the end all the people who actually knew who he was, ended up in the vacants.🎬🍿
