George if you want to protect women why are you hanging about with a man who was found guilty of assaulting a female police officer

You were wearing trackies in a field shouting at travellers last week. Pick a lane.
The country is going down the pan and our Prime Minister is faffing around tweaking parking tickets. What is the point in Burnham if he refuses to touch the big issues like the ballooning benefits bill?

🔴@Helen_Whately, Shadow Secretary of State for Work & Pensions, has claimed £2 MILLION expenses in 10 years. £300,000 relates to her own travel and accommodation - yet she only lives 50 miles from London. Her boss, @KemiBadenoch has 3 children, claims £2.7K per month to rent a 6 bed farmhouse & tried to claim expenses for a family holiday. The country can't afford these @Conservatives. - @Heccles94

They are using % since 2024. If you look at since even just 2025, yes, there is chaos and yes there’s been huge numbers of resignations as a percentage.
Whilst the media try to portray some kind of Reform 'chaos' or suggest that we have some kind of unique issue in our councils or with our councillors, in fact both Labour and the Conservatives have lost more of their councillors over the last few years than Reform has. Despite this, there doesn't seem to be the same scrutiny, the same running media commentary, or the same level of time and resources committed to investigating them? 🤔

Zia Yusuf styles himself Shadow Home Secretary. He has no right to that title. He is not even a Member of Parliament. The real Shadow Home Secretary is Chris Philp, the Conservative MP appointed by the Leader of the Official Opposition. Yesterday Andrea Jenkyns claimed she signed a landmark trade agreement between Lincolnshire and Taiwan. A mayor has no power to sign international trade deals. Trade policy is reserved to the Westminster government. At best she signed a non binding MOU. This is not politics. This is cosplay. Pure theatre from a party that pretends to be the government it is not.

As an elected official has decided to fiddle the figures a random on X has to intervene to show the facts. What an awful party they are.
“Reform in chaos!” Funny how the numbers spoil the script. The proportion of councillors who have resigned from office since the 2024 election is: Reform UK: 6.1% Labour: 6.5% Conservatives: 7% Reform’s rate is LOWER than the uniparty. By all means scrutinise us. Hold us to account. Just bring the same magnifying glass to Labour and the Tories. Same scrutiny. Same standards. Too much to ask?

Embarrassing. This woman gets £371 a day to sit in the House of Lords and scrutinise the sitting government Unfortunately she seems to think the Prime Minister of the UK has jurisdiction in an entirely different, foreign country Abolish the Lords immediately

Left: Conservative Helen Whately criticised Labour for 174,000 young people unemployed under Labour, suggesting they have the policies to fix it Right: But under the Conservatives, there were 872,000 young people unemployed, because of Conservative policy My view: Helen Whately talks as though the Conservatives have just arrived to discover a problem somebody else created. They governed Britain for 14 years. They had 14 years to improve education, strengthen training and help young people into secure employment. Yet in the final full quarter before they left office, an estimated 872,000 young people were outside education, employment or training. Roughly one in eight. That is a record they must answer for. If their policies offer such convincing solutions now, why did their government leave so many young people without those opportunities? Whately cannot claim authority on fixing the problem while skipping over her party’s responsibility for tackling it when it actually held power. Fourteen years gave the Conservatives ample time to turn promises into results. Labour deserves scrutiny. But Conservative politicians demanding better outcomes should start by explaining their own failures. Losing an election does not wipe away 14 years in government—or turn the people who failed to solve a problem into credible experts on fixing it.
