Embracing the Let Them Theory in the Acting Industry 🎭 The Let Them Theory by @melrobbins is a game-changer. It’s about accepting that you can’t control others’ thoughts, feelings, or actions.

Building confidence in acting? Think like a sprinter. 🏃‍♂️🎭 Instead of chasing a "personal best" (like a standing ovation or "no notes" from a director), focus on a *repeatable average*. Track 5 solid runs, find your working pace, and build confidence week by week.

Actors – The audition room isn’t a test. 1/ Actors – Stop treating auditions like an exam you can “fail.” They are opportunities, not tests. The moment you shift your mindset, you shift your performance.

Actors – Stop waiting for confidence. 1/ Actors – Confidence is a byproduct of action, not the starting point. You don’t feel confident before you take the leap—you feel it because you took the leap. 🎭
