Presented today at #LIVES2026: Among patients with #SepticShock, a hospital-level strategy recommending #Vasopressin initiation at a lower dose threshold of other vasopressors did not reduce 28-day mortality vs a higher threshold strategy. Kidney replacement therapy–free days were also similar, indicating no outcome advantage for the lower-threshold strategy in routine practice. ja.ma/4B6K4BU
