If you can bench Casemiro, Varane, CR7, Sancho, Eriksen, etc., when they’re not playing well (I agree with that) then surely you can drop or bench Rashford when he’s selfish, greedy & absolutely shocking.
If you can’t, then something at this club is more rotten than we think. Disgusting.
I’ve seen people unable to read the room, but this is reaching uncharted territory.

Or they’ll say he’s more of a forward/ striker. Notice how according to his fans, Rashford’s best position is always the other one, the one he’s not playing in when dropping a stinker.
Rashford is always either out of confidence and needs his smile back or he’s playing through injury. The most obvious explanation is never the first one people come up with. How about he’s just poor & doesn’t improve the teams he plays in?
I’ve never seen our fans get fed up with a manager so quickly. I can’t blame them honestly. And I don’t think it’s Carrick specific. It just shows the levels of accumulated frustration over the years, we’ve just had enough.

It’s really not a good start to the season. So many things are wrong it’s really difficult to know where to even start. Everything seems to be falling off. It’s just not good enough.

You know we’re in trouble when I’m seeing United fans say « it’s just football, it’s not that deep. As long as you have your health and your loved ones that’s what matters ». You know we’re cooked.

I don’t agree with that behavior btw, just to be clear. Can’t be held to ransom by a 15 yo. In many ways he should get slapped back into being grateful & patient, but it just highlights so many of the underlying problems we have at his club.
If you’re JJ Gabriel & you spend preseason watching the Fletcher pair get picked ahead of you, you’d also want to pack your bags&leave. I hope we tie him down to a contract soon.
We have a meritocracy problem at United. Many many examples we can think of.
If I see you talking about the goal VAR wrongly gave vs City or how it’s because we didn’t get a LB in the summer that we lost to 10 men, I know immediately you’re one of those enablers that are allowing the standards to drop week after week.
