Live example: $SPOT earnings. SPOT gapped up to $576.38, past the $567.50 wing, and closed Friday at $584.22. Final result: +$2.00 per share (+67%). Even blowing through the wing, the call fly still pays $5 back on $3. That’s the broken wing doing its job.
