10 years ago I made the decision to never correct anyone who’s wrong unless I’m paid to do that.
Never been happier.
If you want to be happy then, be more cautious with ...... people who promise quick fixes, dumping load in to your joints without any engagement & discounted sushi.
Be less cautious with … love
We chase speed, noise, movement.
But maybe what we’re really craving
is slowness, attention, and stillness.

If I’m sitting next to someone at a event whose politics I disagree with, rather than debate with them, I've learnt to explore why they hold their views. That way I usually learn something intriging, while they feel heard. And overall its a far more pleasant & instructive evening

Underrated life skill: Knowing when to stop. Stop arguing with people who don’t listen. Stop chasing people who run away. Stop forcing relationships that drain you. Stop grinding on things that don’t matter. Stop saying yes when you mean no. Stopping isn’t weakness, it’s wisdom.

Underrated life hack: Being boring in the right ways. Go to bed early. Wake up early. Eat simple foods. Save money. Exercise. Read old books. Avoid drama. These aren’t flashy, but the ordinary will compound into a life that feels extraordinary. Boring is seriously underrated.
Happiness isn’t something you find—it’s what’s left when you stop chasing what you’ve told yourself is missing.
Ever ended the day feeling like you got nothing important done—just bounced between other people’s emergencies?
That’s what happens when you don’t plan your priorities… someone else fills the space with theirs.
Either you run your day, or someone else will.
