The scariest thing to those clinging to power is uncertainty.
Further AI development empowers everyone and this creates massive capability fluctuations and widespread outcome uncertainty.
The Stop-AI psy-op utilizes propped up, planned, and fake disasters to fuel AI doomer flames.
The goal is to connect current top AI leadership to government power and freeze out competitors from catching up, then using already developed capabilities to magnify existing centers of power while holding off the uncertain outcomes of further development that could empower human threats to existing power if not banned.
While philosophical predictions and plausible future AI capabilities could be developed soon as well, the current global regulations to restrict AI are almost entirely pushed for the purpose of protecting those with true power from their worst fear; uncertainty.

The reality is that competing isn't about making satellites, it is about being able to put them into space quickly and cheaply. That is something they are more than a decade away from doing at best.
BREAKING: Four European telecom giants are joining forces to challenge Elon Musk’s Starlink.
Deutsche Telekom, Orange, Telefónica and Vodafone have signed a letter of intent to explore a joint bid for spectrum to deliver satellite connectivity directly to phones.
Four telecom giants. Still no Falcon 9. Still no Starship. SpaceX has no competition. Period.

If we want to continue progress in science, we must be prepared to acknowledge that the correct description of nature will eventually simply be too complicated for humans to understand. I do not think it is wise to make human understanding a requirement. AI is the way forward.
Facts those who deny reality can't admit while they doom other people's kids and fathers to die.
Elon Musk becomes deeply moved, and deadly serious, when Bret Baier asks him why he called Sen. Mark Kelly a "Traitor" for pushing to send more US aid and weapons to Ukraine.
Watch every second of his response.
"We should have empathy for the thousands of people dying everyday in the trenches. For no movement in the lines. For the past two years thousands of people have died every week for nothing."
"I take great offense at those who put the appearance of goodness over the reality of it. Those who virtue signal and say we can't give into Russia, but have no solution to stopping thousands of kids dying every day."
"I have contempt for such people and I want to make that clear. Because they're virtue signaling and their lack of a solution means that kids don't have a father. It means parents lost a son. For what? Nothing."
Seems quite logical
US "Here is Starlink, a powerful military technology. We'll give it to you for free and block Russia. Just please don't use it to strike Russian mainland targets. They have, you know, nuclear warheads and stuff, thanks".
Zelensky: Uses it to strike mainland targets.
US "Zel, see above. Also, btw, you may not have noticed, but we have a global oil/energy crisis atm, so can you please, you know, not use Starlink to hit Russian refineries and make things worse, esp with the midterms coming up. Ty".
Zelensky, "nah, I think I will, and especially because the midterms are coming up. Go fuck yourself Trump".
US, ok let's throttle their mainland access so they can't launch offensive strikes.
Zelensky: "Omg I can't understand why the US would possibly do this. The US seems to support the other side."
So people are talking about the stuff nobody talks about now? Seems like the war may finally end.
PRESIDENT TRUMP SAYS HE WILL RELEASE DETAILS ON HOW THE UKRAINE WAR REALLY STARTED ONCE HE ENDS IT
REPORTER: “You want Zelensky out. Have you forgotten that President Putin started the war?”
DONALD TRUMP: “Well, you know, I know the details, okay? And at some point I'll release the details. But I don't care anything except for one. I want that war ended. 25,000 soldiers on average a month are being killed. Last month it was 32,000 soldiers. And I think the 2 leaders— I deal with both of them— I think they want that war ended too. And I think it's going to end. That's all I I care about. I want that war to end.”
*It’s like 90% America, NATO, & the EU & 10% Russia. The MSM wants you to believe the opposite but that ignores Maidan Revolution, America flooding Ukraine with NGO’s & weapons, Ukraine shelling the Russian regions of Ukraine unprovoked and kicking them out of Ukraine society, the neonazis in Ukraine, trying to add Ukraine to NATO despite being told by Putin he’d go to war, the breaking of the Minsk Agreements, and more.*

BREAKING: Russia’s President Putin has proposed a meeting with President Trump and President Xi to negotiate an end to the war with Ukraine, per WSJ.
The meeting is proposed for next month and was floated on an October 9th phone call with President Trump.
This was the same call that produced a deal for the US to buy Russian diesel.

The problem is that their definition of "public good" is helping everyone else, not the American public.
If they would commit to helping America and Americans, that would be one thing, but this reeks of USAID 2.0, just another way to funnel billions out of our own economy.
You really have to look at all this and ask, "how much worse does this need to get?"

Nihilists aren't remotely worth my time
