This is what buy in looks like. Best of luck to all of our athletes as they move to their summer sessions. Can’t wait to see the best field house in the state packed this summer with the tunes cranked and the iron clanging and banging!
Big thanks to @AdamHicksCSAC for his work this spring developing these kids, preparing them for the lift a thon, collecting the data, organizing, bringing the community together, and finally motivating the young men to bring their best! Great work coach!
Lift-A-Thon 2024 and Spring Session in the books. Thank you to our city for showing up and showing out for these kids.

Success happens when the head coach understands how the weight room transfers to the field.
He makes training a priority for our team.
@ndavenport25 trains violently and plays violently.
Warpath up.
Congratulations on an outstanding career, Coach Hermes.
Coach Hermes will be stepping down as head coach of the Edison Wrestling Program after 16 years. His letter to program can be viewed at the following link:

I wish I was better with words so I could tell you how this group of young men made me better. I wish I could take the time in this post to tell you all of their stories. Tell you what they faced everyday and how they showed up and showed out. I’m better because of them. 1%
