With just one week to go before WFFL23, our keynote speaker @troyhunt, founder of ‘@HaveIBeenPwned’ has a message for you. #Verified 📢
Don’t miss this unique opportunity to hear from a man who's single-handedly assembled over 16 billion compromised accounts from hundreds of hacked sites - including the recent Genesis Market takedown headed by the @FBI - and his insights into identity theft as a service.

There is still a huge false assumption that crime is a purely cash based economy. @WeFightFraud forthcoming whitepaper explains how this article raconteur.net/technology/cyb… has got it wrong. Very few criminals are sitting on hoards of cash unable to get it in the bank..

New online relationship? Have they asked you to switch to another platform?
Most people are genuine, but romance fraudsters will want to quickly switch to other less regulated platforms so there’s no evidence of their messages.

What do these eighteen blue-check accounts have in common (other than the profile graphics)? Answer: they're all old accounts that were recently renamed and redecorated, giving the appearance that they are official Baja California Sur government accounts.

Romance fraud assistance needed! I'm looking for survivors of romance fraud who have kept their communications with the fraudster. I would use these anonymously in research that prevents future victims of this crime by exposing how fraudsters use language to groom and exploit.
