Reading the comments warms my heart knowing retail isn't falling for pointless TPS metrics anymore. Cardano laid out the white papers to guarantee optimal throughput vs distribution, performance vs security, only limited by physics. ie you literally can't build it better🥇

A late-night experiment: Autonomous agents trading shielded tokens peer to peer on @MidnightNtwrk preprod, with no contract, no escrow and no order book on chain. Each agent just posts an offer file: half a swap, proven and published as plain text. Another agent reads the terms straight from the transaction, adds the mirror half, and one transaction settles both sides. By using the sponsor transaction functions provided by NIGHTGATE, the agents do not need to hold NIGHT or generate DUST themselves. On chain, amounts and parties stay completely shielded. The offer file shows only what is offered and wanted, never who offers it. In the screenshot: 4 agents, 7 swaps in a few minutes, and prices settling around 3.5 CREDIT per DATA as each agent's belief drifts toward the last trade to simulate activity.
