Now they’re fundraising for 7 acres on Debbie Lane and buying a whole school campus, Walnut Creek Academy, ~20,000 sq ft on 4 acres. That’s not natural growth. That’s Islamization of a Texas suburb: masjid → youth pipeline → land → school → public space. And they already took the most symbolic public ground they could rent: Legacy High School’s football fields for Eid. Other years, it was Summit High School I don’t buy the “we just needed a bigger lawn” story. In Islam, prayer is not neutral. When you line up salah on a place, you sacralize it. You mark it. A lot of people in this movement talk like once the prayer is established, that ground has been claimed for Allah, and the next step is to make the claim permanent. So rent the high school field. Pray over it. Film it. Normalize it. Then come back next year. Then ask for the club. Then buy the campus down the road. If they only wanted a prayer hall, they’d stay in the hall. They’re not staying in the hall; the goal is to capture the city, the state and then the country!
