I'm looking at the $TSLA earnings as best I can (I don't have access to most of my tools I use for trading right now, can only read things on a phone, etc.). The TL:DR here appears to be that OpIn fell from 4.4 to 2.1 billion YoY, their margins have collapsed from 16.8% 4 years ago to 4.4% last year to 2.7% today, and energy production - the only interesting growth vertical left in that floundering company, is down 16%. If you're wondering why Elmo wants to roll it into $SPCX, this should tell you why. Twitter was a giant money loser, so he rolled it into xAI at an absurd valuation to save investments. xAI was a giant money loser, so he foisted it into $SPCX to save investments. $TSLA is about to fade into irrelevance, so more consolidation to save investments. But this endgame gambit only works so long as he can continue getting huge government contracts to subsidize his poor leadership - which is why you see him dumping hundreds of millions into trying to influence elections, and then openly threatening politicians that he'll end them if they try to investigate him. Good luck with that. I'm just glad that my final tranche of dealings with him is about to be unlocked so I can get out of the way.

It's less than 2 weeks from midterms, and Trump/theGOP still can't get their messaging remotely correct. Now they're telling ppl who already struggling because of Trumponomics they're going to start having their wages garnished for student loans. Have fun in the midterms, MAGA!
