As part of our ongoing mission to bring neurodiversity into the mainstream through our Pay Autention initiative in collaboration with @anupamkherstud1 , we took the special screening of Tanvi The Great to Delhi and what a powerful day it was! Over 800 neurodiverse individuals, caregivers, educators, experts, and changemakers came together for a screening crafted with deep care and empathy. The experience was thoughtfully designed to be inclusive for everyone. From low-volume audio and lights-on settings to muffled earphones for sound-sensitive viewers, every detail was tuned to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. At the centre of it all was the Pay Autention Sensory Zone, a calming space where participants could take a break and recharge. We were honoured to be joined by senior leaders who have been at the forefront of building inclusive ecosystems, Mr. @himaltewari , CHRO, Chief Sustainability & CSR, Tata Power; Mr. Pankaj Kumar Singh, Chief - Community Impact, Tata Power; Mr. Bharat Chhabra, Chief - Community Impact, TPDDL; Mr. Vishwas Surange, CEO, Power Links Transmission; and Ms. Kiran Gupta, Chief - Customer Experience, Commercial & Government Affairs, TPDDL. Also present were representatives from key institutions and government bodies — @NIEPID , DEPWD, @MSJEGOI , @SCPwD , @mnreindia , @NITIAayog , @MinistryofPower , @moefcc , MCAIndia, National Institute of Solar Energy, @MCD_Delhi , Delhi Affairs, and @HMOIndia — reflecting a growing collective commitment to inclusion. As the curtains fell, what stayed with us was more than just the story on screen, it was the growing movement to make neurodiversity part of everyday conversations. And to remind the world that different is not less, it's powerful. #DifferentButNoLess #TanviTheGreat #PayAutention #PoweringTransformations #NeurodiversityMatters #InclusionInAction #ESanidhya #GreatnessInYou #DiversityEquityInclusion #ThisIsTata #ThisIsTataPower
