Part 1 Hi, fam! It’s @maks_twain here, founder of CATS. I want to share a personal story that highlights the corruption and abuse of power in our ecosystem. On June 9, I attended the @ton_society Hackathon in Warsaw. But instead of being a platform for collaboration and innovation, the event became the stage for something far more sinister. Thugs were hired as “security” for the event, and they had my photo with clear instructions: do not let me inside. These individuals were reportedly brought in by the current lead of TON Society, using ecosystem funds, in an attempt to block my participation. Fortunately—or rather, due to their incompetence—they failed to recognize me, and I was able to enter the hackathon. However, later during the event, these same individuals physically attacked me. Why such extreme measures? Because of a conflict surrounding funds allegedly stolen from a community project what has been created by the Ton Society lead. Instead of facing accountability, they resorted to intimidation and violence. This isn’t just my story—it’s a call to expose the abuse of power and corruption threatening our ecosystem.
