Good to see national health strategy recognising the impact of musculoskeletal disorders on health outcomes. The key to success will be greater cross-sector collaboration to address the increasing impact of co morbidities. We are seeing more of this in our MSK clinics @BfwMsk

Reflection is always useful but reflecting on MSK continued productivity during the pandemic as we embraced new ways of working will certainly help shape how our service continues to develop. It’s been a pleasure working with a team who have showed great flexibility @BfwMsk

Here are the latest WHO Guidelines on physical activity....150-300 moderate intensity activity (so an upgrade on the current PHE guidelines) let’s get active & spread the message. 💪🏋️‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏌️‍♀️
