The presumption that the Fed raising short-term rates reduces inflation is predicated on the belief that higher rates reduce demand and investment. But what if higher rates don’t reduce demand and investment because the demand for intelligence and energy is unaffected by higher rates because winning the race for super intelligence has a near infinite ROI and the demand for compute will remain incalculable. Why won’t higher rates at this unique moment in history therefore lead to more inflation as interest costs are embedded in everything? And the problem is compounded as the more the Fed raises rates, the more inflation we will have and the more the Fed will need to raise rates further and so on. But what if the old models don’t apply to the current paradigm and the Fed is wrong? I think the Fed might have just made a mistake. Am I right or am I wrong?

This is half-true. We don’t think we should be using serf migrant labor in the US. And many of think that everyone admitted should be given more rights and assumed to be on a path to citizenship. But that means we need to be far more selective about who is admitted. The idea that employers (or colleges) should be deputized to admit foreigners will need to be done away with.

I’d like to apologize to Taylor Swift. The other day she got excited at a football game, pointed at her ring, and said, “MY HUSBAND!” And I made a joke about it. But the more I thought about it, what the hell am I making fun of? Here’s a woman who has just about everything in the world, and she’s excited to tell everybody, “That’s my man.” Proud of him. Cheering him on. Happy to be his wife. More women should be that supportive—and more men should give them a reason to be. We hear enough about how men are useless and marriage is a trap. Here’s somebody showing millions of women that loving a good man and being excited about marriage is something to celebrate. We ought to encourage that. You're wrong, @Cernovich. Trump had no choice but to attack Oran when he did. What forced his hand was China's announcement it was selling Iran supersonic anti-ship missiles, or destroyer destroyers on Feb 24. We went to war 4 days later. The missiles would have dramatically escalated the threat to our service members if he waited. Trump did the right thing. His mistake was listening to JD Vance and Qatari-captured Kushner and quitting the war 2/3 of the way through in April for no apparent reason without killing the leadership, mainly Pezeskian and Galibaf. Israel wanted to wipe them out along with the top tier of the IRGC, giving the population a real chance to retake the country and would have done it for us, but Trump bizarrely called Israel off. If he'd let Israel finish them off, the war would be a successful back page story by now.

In other words, a monopolistic cartel that seeks a stranglehold on public information. You lost Kelly. You are a dinosaur watching the meteor burn through the atmosphere. Deal with it. It's a new day.
