If you want to sell a SaaS, it must have value. Value is: - organic traffic from SEO (does not have to be huge. if you made a site about private jets, even 5 relevant visitors/m have huge value) - great backlinks (e.g. from wikipedia) - community (must be active) - paid users (must be recurring payments, the one-time sales you made personally does not count) - free users (must be actively using your app, not just try and go away) - free users + working biz model (if you have a plan how to make money from them, it gives valuation x10) - premium domain name (1-2 words .com costs thousands) What is NOT value: - code - landing page - logo These 3 cost $0. You can never sell it. it all boils down to if you want to make money, you have to work 😁

If you are making a small SaaS or a directory and can't get traction, sell it on @acquirewebsite Some other owners will give your project a second try. You will get some quick cash. Win-win!

Important screenshots are missing: google analytics, traffic sources, backlinks, domain rating, SEO positions, indexed pages, social networks activity.
