Life is so unpredictable 💔Cancer is truly evil. This is Marcel, an American father battling stomach cancer & sadly the treatment doesn't seem to be working. He left everything & just waiting for his last breath 😩💔 My heart breaks for his wife & sons, he was so full of love & so present as a dad. He is one person who deserves more time with his family💔
