#IMC2021 #s1315 Saw my first dog at the IMC during Q&A with question on injuries caused by dog. Clearly knew the topic related to them.
#IMC2021 Catching up with some sessions I couldn't watch live. So good.

Replying to @IanStockport
Fields without livestock aren’t OK for dogs to be in without leads, as: 1. Public footpath, not public dog park. 2. Nesting birds and other wildlife disturbance. 3. Neosporosis & Sarcocystosis. Dog faeces left in field can kill livestock later moved in. And it’s a horrible death.

If cattle is the plural what is the singular? Some would say cow but that suggests a female animal. Any thoughts? #farming
Receiving this MADness in the post reminded me I needed to register for #IMC2021 @medievalanimal @IMC_Leeds

Thanks for all those NHS angels yesterday who helped my dad, from first contact with 999 to the pharmacist dispensing medication. You are legends!💞
The message we are told: Speak but only in a way we approve of and with words we understand. Why can't we appreciate differences within languages instead of assigning values to the way people speak? rte.ie/radio/radioplayer/htm…
found in Diplomatarium Islandicum, my new #fav #book and such a #treasure #trove😆🤓: the Rev. Jón Sigurðsson á Breiðabólstað was too drunk to remember what deal he struck about a poem... He blames the #brennivín of the Rev Eiríkur... (1636, DÍ III: 191) #HowWasYourWeekend

Today I learnt that if you submit your own import declarations you will need to purchase a 'badge' aka a code for EVERY sea and airport the freight forwarders brings your goods through. Just another couple of £100 for each port added to small business' costs.
Why do people go on about cows when they mean cattle? What about the bulls?
Thanks @southleedsradio for letting @alarichall play banging tunes and bust the moves #imc2020 It was a blast!
