Day 15 of walking the entire length of Iraq for a world record first 🇮🇶 Went into a big empty stretch of desert today. Very hot. Around 20km in I was kindly given refuge at a military base with the commander giving me a bed for the night. The soldiers gave me cigarettes and apples. Thankyou! There isn’t any shops or water for another 18km so this is a good rest point 29% of Iraq walked so far

Bruno, absolute snake of a player. There’s no way you watch him and not think there was something deliberate about the way he played around Ronaldo. Just look at how he’s playing without him. This is the freedom he’s always wanted, to be the main man, to have everything built around him without Ronaldo taking the spotlight. He just wanted to sabotage Ronaldo so bad.

During the World Cup, Ronaldo made so many runs in behind, but Bruno and Vitinha were busy passing sideways and to each other. Now they suddenly know how to whip the ball into the box and make quick forward passes. No problem.
