Last week @AberdeenACE, @whocaresscot put a list to the Aberdeen Youth Team of items for a ‘14 day’ box of provisions in case of isolation for Care Experienced young people with no support - these will be created next week. We all gotta do what we can❤️ @LifeChangesTrst
