Football was Danny's favourite thing and it did wonders for his wellbeing, so we've been directing donations in his memory towards Mental Health Football Wales. People's incredible generosity means online & offline donations are nearing £1,000 🙏 localgiving.org/charity/mhfw

One night in June, my brother Danny went to bed full of excitement about his football game the next day. At 9am, his carer went to check on him. My fiery, hilarious, one-of-a-kind brother had died in his sleep at just 29. This weekend, his team held a memorial match for him 🧡
Looking for friendlies between Saturday 27th July and Saturday 24th August for both 1sts and 2nds. Happy to travel but can potentially book at home if shared costs. DM us. – at Cardiff, Wales

It's been a long time coming, but we can finally share a 'small' preview of our new kit!
With a huge thank you to @heidisbierbar for their support and @total_teamwear for their incredible service.
And a little shoutout to @lyle_and_scott for the free ball.

@aberexiles are pleased to announce our new multi-year sponsorship deal with @heidisbierbar. The deal is a record for the club and will help us fund our new playing kit. The deal has been a long time in the works and will help us on and off the pitch #seasideweres #heidisbierbar
Post-COVID, it became increasingly challenging to run a club at our level, but we hope that we and our fellow clubs all have a successful 2024, and we see fewer clubs folding this year. We all have our own people who make it what it is and a huge thanks to them! #seasideweres – at Cardiff, Wales
All at the club were devastated to hear the news of the passing of Laura, wife of former Exile Mike Temple. The players have made a donation to the Hayward House Hospice. If you would like to make your own donation, please see link in replies #seasideweres
