As fun as it gets: my @Medscape conversation with 2 of my friends and healthcare heroes: @EricTopol & @abe_verghese.
We discussed my recent Covid episode, healthcare's bumpy digital transformation, #GPT/#AI, #MedEd, and much more. Worth a listen or read: medscape.com/viewarticle/994…
I don’t know wtf any of this means, but would just like Twitter again please.
Is there an undo button?
Thank you @ONC_HealthIT and 21st Century Cures! I’m doing a life insurance application and it was SO easy to export all my clinical notes and test results to share out. (Also thank you @rickybloomfield & Apple Health team)
Looking forward to moderating an amazing panel discussion tomorrow at @UofCalifornia UCTech event with these incredible panelists: @MedellBriggsMD @DrCrystalCene @CourtneyRLyles.
Hard to think of a better group to talk about health equity.

Love this NYT headline "A.I. May Someday Work Medical Miracles. For Now, It Helps Do Paperwork." This is why I decided to join @notablehealth. Huge need to improve workflows. (& love that the piece talks about great work @ShivdevRao is doing at Abridge!)

Love this news!! Fantastic for improving access to basic health care needs.
Breaking News: The FDA approved the first birth control pill to be sold without a prescription in the U.S., which could greatly expand contraception access.

Personal career update: Have joined @notablehealth as Chief Medical Officer. See a unique and large opportunity to automate the burdensome administrative workflows in healthcare to drive better patient engagement & care team experience.

Google creating this LLM will not be the wedge into healthcare they are hoping. It’s all about the workflow and integration at the point of care. If they don’t have that (and they currently don’t), the great model isn’t enough.

Great set of sessions upcoming on 7/19 + 7/20 from @beckersHR around AI + #DigitalHealth. Had a great panel discussion with colleagues from @StanfordMed @UCDavisHealth @GeisingerHealth, & looks like lots more great panels. bit.ly/3D1JiJu
With the successful launch of Threads and the fediverse, it’s abundantly clear what the new FB rebrand must be:
Feta
Confused about the IG—> Threads conversion. Have a personal IG account and a professional one. Which one should be used for Threads?
What are y’all doing?

Went out clothes shopping this week and feels like there is a renaissance happening in fabrics. Everything seems blended now to be softer, stretchier, more comfortable. Has this been just a pandemic thing or am I late to a trend?
What a treat to hear @EricTopol & @zakkohane talking about where we are with AI in medicine. Worth a listen! podcasts.apple.com/us/podcas…
Thx to everyone for all your great #ada2023 tweets! I can’t be there this year so love living vicariously and learning from you all.
We @TeladocHealth gave 1000+ of our CGM naïve T2D participants access to quarterly CGM and…it worked! #ADA2023 👇👇👇
Through our whole-person digital health program for DM, we wanted to expand CGM access to people w T2D on oral meds or basal insulin only.
Trilliant does a nice job pulling together data and insights on where things are as a healthcare industry. Here are some data around whether or not things will "return to status quo."
