Two weeks ago, I experienced wheelchair rugby league after being invited to @England_RL training as they prepare for @RLWC2021.
It was tough, physical and requires incredible skill. I left aching and sore: but in awe of the sport and its stars.

Why the RFL should carry some blame for England's loss to Tonga, changes for France, the farcical World Cup format - and what the hell is happening with the NRL deal!

The best race in the calendar delivers again. Absolutely buzzing to finish 19th at the Yorkshire 10 Mile and to not only break the hour and PB, but break 58 minutes too. York - you're the best 🙌🏻
Brian McDermott insists with patience, England will get it right. The problem is, time is the one thing they don't have. The reality is their time may have already run out. A day which neatly summed up the state English rugby league finds itself in.

Pretty sure I've watched Carl Piergianni old man Bradford City strikers for at least 20 years now #bcafc
England's second-phase plan did show some promise in moments but ultimately the same problem as last year is still there. They simply cannot unpick a team on their own line. 30 points scored in the last four Test matches now.
Same players = same outcome.
Looking bleak already. England now basically big Tonga supporters and hoping they beat Samoa - which then puts England in a straight race with Samoa on who can score the most points against PNG and France
Farnworth will be playing fullback for England before this tournament is out, by the way. Get him on the ball more.
England need a bit more from the left edge here. George Williams doing a very good job on the right but this has been very fun
Tough morning for France this - but now imagine a world where the game is being run by people who want to grow the game across the Channel and not cut their legs off at every opportunity and imagine what could happen.
The magnificent Ben Garcia - one of French rugby league's most important people for a long time - very eloquent here on what NRL investment could open the door to in France. More grass roots support, more investment = more players = more success.

Exclusive: Super League has MISSED Peter V'landys' deadline of today to come to terms on a partnership with the NRL. Unclear what happens next, but there were late changes proposed, and a deal did not get agreed. All options back in play now, folks..
