I cannot afford expensive legal representation, but this case concerns the rights of thousands of citizens, not just mine. I believe we can collectively crowdfund the legal expenses if necessary.
This is not about forcing a minister to unblock me.
It is about establishing whether public officials can use a platform as an official government communication channel while denying citizens access to it based on personal or political preferences.
Public office is not private property. Public accountability should not depend on whether a minister likes you.

Phyllis Randall, chair of the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors in Virginia, blocked a citizen, Brian Davison, from her official Facebook page after he posted criticism involving alleged conflicts of interest among public officials.
What did the court decide?
The court ruled that:
Randall was acting in her official governmental capacity when managing the Facebook page.
The interactive portion of the page constituted a public forum.
Blocking Davison because of his viewpoint violated the First Amendment right to freedom of expression.
Why it matters for the Maldives: This case illustrates that a public official cannot necessarily treat a social media page used for government business as a private space where critics can be excluded at will.
