MMTLP - More than 1 Billion counterfeit shares
Regulators tasked with protecting us attempted to protect the criminals 🚨
THEY’RE SELLING FAKE SHARES
Lara Logan asks Next Bridge Hydrocarbons CEO Greg McCabe to explain naked short selling and how traders can allegedly flood the market with shares they never borrowed and do not actually own.
In the newest episode of Going Rogue with Lara Logan, McCabe breaks his silence about the MMTLP scandal affecting approximately 124,000 shareholders, alleged market manipulation and what he describes as serious regulatory failures by FINRA and the SEC. @GregMcCabeJr

Here's more insight!
Patricia Casimates was in charge of the Department at FINRA that reviews Corporate Action submissions. (image 1)
When an issue is found it gets bumped up to her (based on what I've seen) because every example of a Rule 6490 Deficiency notice that I can find online has been sent by Casimates. (images 2 & 3)
Now regarding FINRA's discretion in deeming a submission deficient, some of the other examples show that FINRA deemed submissions deficient for missing financials from 10 to 20 years prior, from previous management. (Just out of the list of 5 potential reasons)
In the case of Metatron, they had missing financials and FINRA deemed their Corporate Action submission deficient. Metatron appealed to FINRA's UPC Advisory Committee and was denied, but upon appealing to the SEC and after a multi-year review involving Chair Gensler and the other commissioners. The decision was ultimately remanded back to FINRA. (image 4)
Are we supposed to believe that missing financials from 10 to 20 years prior from previous management is more of a valid reason to not process a Corporate Action than pending SEC adjudication and brand new fraud/manipulation investigation?
But not only did FINRA have those 2 reasons, FINRA can also deem a submission deficient if there are issues related to settlement and clearance. This is the reason FINRA eventually used to justify the U3 halt.
So if Rule 6490 stipulates that FINRA is supposed to specifically check for issues relating to settlement and clearance BEFORE processing a Corporate Action, how is it that FINRA didn't discover the issue in the two 6490 review periods that should've taken place before publishing both versions of the MMTLP Corporate Action? @FBILosAngeles
It doesn't make sense, just like it doesn't make sense that the SEC would be contacting FINRA's OTC Corporate Actions Team about the MMTLP Corporate Action at least 4 days before the initial publication.
And it doesn't make sense that the SEC made the MMTLP spin-off effective on November 18, 2022 (after 4 months of review and comments), if they were investigating the reverse-merger.
Anastacio Griego retweeted
Did the SEC shut down all of the regional SEC X accounts?
Given that we're on the subject of the SEC investigating the reverse-merger, that was specifically the SEC Fort Worth office.
The quote post from George Palikaras (one of the former CEOs charged by the Fort Worth office) appears to suggest that ALL of the individuals that brought those accusations are no longer with the agency and most were fired.
What are the odds that the case against the former CEOs that's been stayed for an unusual amount of time since the Motions to Dismiss were filed, also coincidentally resulted in ALL the accusers being fired or resigning from the SEC?
Maybe it's a reach, but could it be that some foul play was discovered?
Was it the Fort Worth SEC office that reached out to FINRA's OTC Corporate Actions Team about the MMTLP Corporate Action on or before December 2, 2022?
If so, what did they discuss?
And even if it wasn't the Fort Worth office, it still doesn't explain how the reverse-merger investigation would eventually lead to fraud charges in 2024, but it didn't cause the SEC to deny making the MMTLP spin-off effective, or why it didn't contribute to FINRA deeming the MMTLP Corporate Action submission deficient.
Perhaps another coincidence, I think the SEC shut down all of the regional SEC X accounts. Before that happened I already made a post pointing out that November 21, 2022 was the last time the Fort Worth office posted on X. (image 1).
That's just 3 days after the SEC made the MMTLP spin-off effective, and about a week before the December 2 email between FINRA and the SEC indicated that the SEC was in contact with FINRA's OTC Corporate Actions Team.

Conviction. Interesting word. A few months ago I was told to check out the Fort Worth SEC's "team of accusers"... the ones who put this "novel" case together... with a simple search on LinkedIn.
They have ALL since magically disappeared from their positions. But they did not get promoted. Most were fired, and at least one could not get a new job. That tells me all I need to know about THEIR conviction.
On the other hand, I impatiently await my day in court, with none of these "originators" around to face me, while they try to keep everything under a seal... how convenient... now that i have access to my laptop with all the corporate communications. But that's ok. Once all this is behind us, we will deal with the internet foot soldiers, trolls, and their bosses. This is a complex case, and we are only scratching the surface.
Now... for some true DOJ "conviction" I am keeping a close eye on the (incredible) Atlas Trading case, which touches many stocks including $MMTLP/ $TRCH. Those boys declared victory after winning in court for allegedly defrauding their fellow retail investors (~$100 million actually found/gained in their combined accounts), while one of their crew members pleaded guilty.
PS.1: Did you know? According to some legal industry experts, "novel" cases are launchpads to transition into a bigger career in the legal industry, where they get to charge $1000+ per hour to defend those who they were once ligating against, on the exact same topics (e.g. recent crypto cases)...
PS.2: We all know how "convicted" short sellers are... you got to love their passion... especially after they pay 3rd parties to manipulate stocks with fake reports (not applying a real long/short strategy, but applying a simple disclaimer that washes all their sins under US law) while their hedgefund buddies guarantee success using spoofing, front running and other illegal actions off the exchange. You only need to look at the multiple cases against Anson, including the class action lawsuit brought forward against them by the MMAT Trustee... Makes you wonder how much $$$/hr does "conviction" sell for these days?
or is it sold $$$ per post? 🤣perhaps $$$ per space call?🤣 It is money funneled through intermediaries and offshore accounts. It's a well oiled machine operating for decades, globally.
The MMTLP community and the MMAT trustee are already cleaning up after their mess, and now @BlueLedgerAI enters the arena. More to follow!
PS.3: Very much looking forward to next week.

Here's some light reading if you ever have some spare time @JohnReedStark
FINRA really misled investors because their 12/6 MMTLP Corporate Action can be interpreted as saying "12/12, after the close of business" was the MMTLP Share Cancellation Date.
The real MMTLP Share Cancellation was "12/14, after the close of business".
The 12/8 revision can be interpreted as saying "12/12, after the close of business" was the MMTLP Symbol Deletion Date.
Neither Next Bridge Hydrocarbons or Metamaterials ever mentioned a Symbol Deletion Date.
I'll explain how they did this in great detail, while also providing images to back up my assertions.
Under Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act, issuing official communications or structural changes that contain material misrepresentations or omissions to deceive investors constitutes securities fraud.
Next Bridge Hydrocarbons planned a 1-for-1 Exchange for December 14th, 2022 after the close of business, after which all shares of MMTLP would be automatically cancelled. (image 1)
Technically, this is the same as saying "Effective the zero hour of December 15th", because the "zero hour" of a new trading day (midnight, December 15th) is practically synonymous with the close of business (after-hours/market close) on the previous day (December 14th). (image 2)
The SEC made the Next Bridge Hydrocarbons prospectus effective on November 18th, 2022.
If Metamaterials and/or Next Bridge Hydrocarbons were allowed to author their own MMTLP Corporate Action, it would've had to have aligned with what the SEC made effective.
Instead FINRA authored both the initial 12/6 MMTLP Corporate Action, and the 12/8 revision.
Both of these Corporate Actions place the focus on the zero hour of December 13th, which is technically the same as saying "after the close of business on December 12th". (image 3)
In other words, according to the first MMTLP Corporate Action, by saying that the MMTLP shares would be cancelled effective December 13th, and when you observe that the overall Effective Date at the top of the Corporate Action showed a zero hour December 13th Effective Date and time...
FINRA basically said that the MMTLP shares would be cancelled on December 12th, after the close of business. (image 4)
So if FINRA's obligation according to their Rule 6490, is to facilitate orderly settlement, why would they insist on creating Corporate Actions that significantly remove time, shifting the focus to earlier effective date?
I'll add more posts to the thread...

In my opinion in regards to all the noise surrounding MMTLP is that there is one head domino. And once that domino falls, all these other little dominos are gonna come tumbling down. There are people looking to push it down, and there are people trying to keep'em up. People pushing in all kinds of directions. But all I know is, Im going to keep pushing until that main one falls. I want my 🤬 money!
A lot of people have lost the fucking plot. If you arent talking about FINRA's illegal U3 halt and the freezing of Amerians funds through fraudulent manipulation then its just noise to distract from the main point that FINRA allowed naked shorts to exist in a private company to protect their member firms from the illegal activity they were conducting with counterfeit shares.

I heard a couple low IQ shills say that no one knows how an #MMTLP resolution could happen. They could have literally just asked A.I., there are several options, and the way is already paved for them to unfold.
Issuing new Next Bridge shares was key because it sets a baseline of value, cures debts and adds liquidity for brokers to buy shares they are short.
The dividend was key because it forced the share count that shareholders have been trying to get for years now. Any broker that was short shares either had to come clean or double down and counterfeit the dividend delivery shares, making them even more liable. It is already known that some brokers are over their share allotment, and have to settle that deficit somehow. If more shares are needed than the new shares issued, those will either have to be bought from shareholders or negotiated with the company, which could carry a 3x+ multiplier for damages.
That money would help if Next Bridge wanted to go public and have the shares tradeable. I assume Next Bridge has or will have soon the data from the brokers and can move forward with claims against the brokers that are short. That negotiated settlement could be in the form of a cash dividend.
I don' know which it will be, but I do know there are a lot of options and it looks like the way is paved. Any one attacking MMTLP shareholders right now likely has a conflict of interests.

Regulators caught defrauding 🇺🇸👇🏼
It wasn't an April Fool's prank.
It was the 💣💣💣 no one saw coming... #FOIA
3 years ago today...THEY KNEW!!! #FINRAFraud
The FOIA documents reveal extensive communications between senior FINRA officials and their SEC counterparts concerning issues with MMTLP trading. They knew there was a problem for more than a year and FAILED to protect investors.
Key findings include:
💥Fourteen months prior to FINRA’s U3 trading halt, three FINRA committees—Market Operations, OTC Corporate Actions Team, and Market Fraud Team—were in active dialogue with SEC representatives re: MMTLP....and they FAILED to protect investors.
💥On December 2, 2022, a conversation took place between FINRA’s OTC Corporate Actions Team and an SEC representative regarding the proposed Meta/NBH spin-out transaction.....and they FAILED to protect investors.
💥On December 5, 2022, just one day before FINRA issued the first of two corporate actions, Sam Draddy noted that the “MMAT/MMTLP matter” had caught the attention of his Fraud Team and others, mentioning discussions with FINRA’s General Counsel and suspicions of fraud involving the two issuers, with “bluesheeting” already underway. They went forward with the corporate action despite RULE 6490.....and they FAILED to protect investors.
💥Draddy, along with Boyle and Gibbons, arranged a Zoom meeting with SEC counterparts to discuss further....and they FAILED to protect investors.
💥On December 11, 2022, at 6:38 p.m. on a Sunday, FINRA CEO Robert W. Cook contacted an SEC official regarding a flood of shareholder complaints about the trading halt, some containing alleged threats (no evidence or law enforcement reporting evidence has been provided), prompting him to send his staff to work remotely while offering to brief his contact.....and they still FAIL to protect investors.
💥Concurrently, Stephanie Dumont, FINRA’s Executive Vice President of Market Regulation and Transparency Services, emailed an SEC contact to schedule an urgent meeting the next morning to discuss the MMTLP situation and the recent halt, copying Racquel Russell on the correspondence.....and still FAIL to protect investors.
THEY KNEW. And for the first time, we no longer had to speculate...WE KNEW!!!
Following this release and the public outcry, sources claim @SECGov held an emergency meeting to stop FOIA releases. The MMTLP Army did not receive another meaninful FOIA for over a year.
