To emphasize, the financial records of Americans were collected by the Special Counsel team without any probable cause

You gotta give it to Trump.
He bullied everybody into accepting Super Intelligence as new branding, invited all these obviously intelligent people, put himself in the middle, and sent the message to the world: I'm surrounded by Super Intelligence.
This brilliant marketing/branding stunt wouldn't work as well with the word "Artificial".
Love him or hate him, he knows how to build a narrative that elevates him, practically effortlessly.
He is the best in the world at that.

United said it themselves: "The rumors are true." 😂✈️
Delta fliers, your status gets matched, and you get Starlink Wi-Fi on board right now instead of waiting until 2028. 🛰️
Well played @united.

Had this man not found the courage to fight back after being repeatedly attacked with an axe capable of cutting through metal—while bleeding profusely—and had the presence mind to trigger the hijack/emergency code, initiate the emergency response and open the cockpit door to allow passengers to assist him, the aircraft’s subsequent dive could have had catastrophic consequences.
Had that aircraft not been recovered, the geopolitical consequences for the Middle East could have been profound and potentially irreversible.
Sometimes history turns on the courage, resilience and presence of mind of one person.
Yes. One Indian man.

You're not going to believe how nasty Delta is.
Delta CEO Ed Bastian got caught trashing Elon Musk at internal meetings to explain why they rejected Starlink. But don't buy the corporate moral high ground for a second.
Delta tested Starlink, but Elon refused to let them trap passengers behind ad-tracking portals to farm and sell user data. SpaceX wanted instant connection just like home, with zero data harvesting.
So what did Delta do? They signed with Amazon’s completely untested satellite network which won't even launch fleetwide until 2028. Strictly to monetize passenger information.
United flyers get 300 Mbps; Delta flyers get dial-up and a data harvest.

Matchmaking client, 41, NYC, 5’10, waffles on meeting a match because “nothing about her stands out.”
This woman is cute, Christian, conservative, and super smart. That’s what he wants, so I twist his arm.
They meet for dinner and it’s good, not great. He worries her look is too glam, and plus she seemed nervous.
Her feedback is similar. She says he felt stiff, but she'd go on a second date.
My spidey sense is tingling, so I convince him to take her out again.
This time it hits. She’s relaxed and not wearing makeup. He thinks she’s beautiful. They have a great time. He’s ecstatic and they're making plans to meet again.
Take the second date y’all 😌

.@SECWAR “Today—at my direction—we are launching FORTRESS America—a national insurance policy for the American homeland.
FORTRESS stands for: Federal Operations for Resilience, Troop Resources, Energy, Supply, and Survivability.
And here is what FORTRESS calls for:
Every major military installation in America is going to generate its own power. Independent of the civilian grid. If an adversary takes down the grid—by cyberattack, by sabotage, by any means—our bases stay lit. Our aircraft keep flying. Our command centers never go dark.
We are bringing our critical supply chains home. The rare earths, the specialty metals, the semiconductors, the propellants—mined in America, refined in America, built in America, by American workers.”

There's no evidence of bad behavior by Jack Smith, say reporters. But he collected texts from dozens of journalists & Congressmen, and 4,782 cashed checks from donors. Reporters excuse these unprecedented abuses of power because they crave mass prosecution of MAGA Republicans.

Jack Smith tried to secretly obtain my phone records. AT&T refused because it concluded his demand violated the Constitution.
And what did Smith do?
He didn’t go to court. He didn’t fight. He didn’t do a damn thing.
Why?
Because he knew if he went to court, he would lose.

Only Israelis on a flight:hear weird cockpit noises→smash the door open→drag a random passenger doctor to save the captain after the co pilot stabs him→neutralize the terrorist co pilot→ recruit another passenger who’s a pilot→ & land the nearly crashing plane safely. HEROES

You think you hate the liberal media enough, but you don't. You really don't.
Breaking news: A plane flying from Dubai to Israel was diverted after an altercation between the pilot and co-pilot, Israeli officials said. nyti.ms/4rHOvin
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
This was not simply an “altercation between pilots”. The co-pilot stabbed the captain, attempted to take over the aircraft with mostly Israeli citizens on board, children included. Passengers forcibly subdued the attacker after the plane dove 15,000 feet.

Aaaaand the world is reminded why no one will miss Thom Tillis, who just said the Capitol was "destroyed" on Jan 6. He's now pressing Smith on the volume of alleged classified documents found at MAL.
Smith says he can't answer bc Judge Cannon has blocked the release of Volume II of his report. That is because (1) Cannon disqualified Smith, (2) she dismissed the indictment and (3) the report deals with allegations against 3 people who were charged but never convicted.
And if anyone wants information about the case, I believe there are 900 or so entries on the documents docket you can find for free.

I called this a couple years ago.
I figured it out when I realized just how susceptible women are to consensus.
It’s such a strong pull that men cannot intuitively fathom it.
When the consensus changes, women change.
American teens are becoming straight again, with - especially - female bisexuality in sharp retreat in the youngest cohorts.

As I have said repeatedly—and Jack Smith confirmed here—Arctic Frost would have made the Jan 6 investigation look like a cakewalk.
Smith was preparing to indict hundreds of GOP lawmakers, WH officials, MAGA-associated groups, influencers, and the president himself (again)—and perhaps even media organizations—under Arctic Frost.
There is no federal crime related to “blocking the peaceful transfer of power”—which by the way, Jack Smith, happens on January 20, not January 6.
But Smith and his team undoubtedly were collecting evidence to bring more conspiracy and obstruction charges against these individuals and groups.
But by the end of 2023, Smith ran up against two potential SCOTUS roadblocks: the presidential immunity question out of the J6 case in Washington AND the Fischer decision related to the lawful use of the 1512(c)2 obstruction statute in Jan 6 cases.
The latter decision, issued in June 2024, handed a blow to Smith’s effort to criminalize free speech and political activity. SCOTUS held that the post-Enron corporate fraud statute required some evidence of document tampering/destruction. That’s not, however, how the Biden DOJ applied the statute in 300+ cases—so those charges/convictions were systematically tossed.
So, Smith essentially lost the ability to use 1512—which represented 2 of 4 counts in his J6 indictment against Trump and would not have survived a Fischer-like challenge before SCOTUS again—in potential Arctic Frost prosecutions.
Even though Smith probably believed the “fake electors” certificates would have met the documents threshold. (Doubtful)
But he likely planned to use the conspiracy against rights charge he brought against Trump to these targets.
Lawmakers and WH officials and journalists were not being “spied on” or even considered potential witnesses.
They were under investigation by this scumbag, his henchmen in special counsel office, and his puppet masters in the Biden DOJ and White House.
Don’t lose sight of this—and what the country avoided with Trump’s win in 2024.
They just don't hold an actual monopoly on information and forming viewpoints any longer... this would be reason #1,897,998,123,555

Today’s legacy media headlines on Jack Smith testimony offer a fresh example of a double standard. days after outrage that CNN, et. al. got bounced from Trump White House pool, the legacy media mostly yawned at Sen. Grassley’s revelations that Smith gathered information on news outlets.
