This pilgrimage ends for us the way this Jubilee year began. Pope Francis proclaimed 2025 a Jubilee with the Papal Bull entitled, “Spes non confundit” - Hope Does Not Disappoint. Well, so far he was right. We could not have hoped for more.   Buen Camino #PilgrimagetoRome

We’re sharing the space with some 80,000 in the heat & cold, but humors are good & spirits are friendly. There is a strong and loud reaction as soon as the smoke is visible. If this is the reaction to black smoke, I can’t wait to see what happens when it’s white! Stay tuned!

The pope carries responsibility for 1.3 billion people. He is called to hold the spiritual coherence of the global Church. Let us pray for the one who will say yes to this sacred responsibility.  The first vote is in: No Papa tonight.   #PilgrimagetoRome

Today is a historic day for everyone affected by pancreatic cancer. @cityofhope has received a $150 million gift from entrepreneur and philanthropist A. Emmet Stephenson Jr. and Tessa Stephenson Brand to immediately fund pancreatic cancer research. bit.ly/3XJXEJJ

Yesterday the name of @cityofhope was placed on our new cancer specialty hospital in Irvine, opening in late 2025. It seems impossible that it’s been just six years since we first accepted the invite from #EmileHaddad and #FivePoint to come to OC. #HopeFirst
