The “joke” was about how women dress at the gym. I know it was about me, because everything is. So I did what any survivor would do. I went to my car and filmed myself crying. It took 11 takes, because the lighting in a Range Rover is unforgiving, and grief is no excuse for a bad shot. In the final cut, you can see a single tear land on my sports bra right over the logo, which clicks through to an affiliate link. My caption: “I’m literally shaking.”

Adam continuing to scam people into prediction markets (which he has ownership in and directly benefits financially from) as an NFL Insider.
There are doctors around the NFL who believe it's a matter of when, not if, Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels hurts his left elbow again.

Specialists who examined Daniels concluded a brace is viable for the season. Daniels has stated he has no reinjury concerns because of the brace.

Whatever one thinks about the Cornell or Lindsey Clancy cases, I think we can all agree it's a great development that our increasingly illiterate, paranoid, and phone addicted society is now litigating wrenching, painful situations via algorithms

Tbh…this is what a lot of fans wanted from this #Jets team. You’re pissed off b/c they’re actually a professional outfit this year and had an opportunity to be 3-0 and not 1-2
This is so good

Socialism is NOT roads, firefighters, or public schools. Those are public services, and they have existed under every system. Socialism is collective control of the means of production: businesses, factories, land, and capital. Whether by the state, workers, or some theoretical public collective. DSA candidates are exploiting people’s ignorance of that distinction to rebrand ordinary public services as proof that America is already socialist. It’s bullshit bait and switch.

Political extremism on both sides is bad, but the reason I tend to zero in on the far left is because it’s hijacked everything I’ve ever loved—literature, art, music—and has convinced almost the entire world that the value of art lies in its relation to social justice.

Hasan is asked a single follow up question and immediately proves himself wrong
Hasan: All the way back in 2001, had 66% approval that America in some way, shape or form, was responsible for 9-11...
Alex: What poll is this?
Hasan: I might have actually presented it more favorable than it actually is... In 2001, 33% of all Americans said that US wrongdoing might have motivated 9-11 attacks
Alex: But that's less than 66%
His love for Mao Zedong is legitimately insane. Mao was responsible for 40-80 MILLION DEATHS. He caused the greatest famine in history, he had rival political parties assassinated and put in labor camps. What the fuck are we doing here?
Now that he won’t stop talking, the folks who told us Hasan Piker is a serious voice who should be listened to ought to let us know which of these positions we’re supposed to take seriously:
1. That “pound for pound,” America is worse than al-Qaeda - a ridiculous statement on a normal day, but particularly vile the same week we’re reflecting on the loss of 3,000 Americans on the 25th anniversary of 9/11.
2. That Communist China’s repressive regime is the “model” for America.
3. That Mao was “a great man of history” while the collapse of the Soviet Union was "one of the greatest catastrophes of the 20th century."
The great thing about America is that everyone is entitled to their opinions and free to express them, however dumb or immoral. That includes ‘Comrade’ Piker. The rest of us are just as free - obligated even - to call out this vile, hateful speech that only divides America.

Watch Hasan Piker try to weasel out of a list of his violent rhetoric:
1) "I want to fucking kill [Charlie Kirk]"
2) "If you care about Medicare fraud, you'd kill Rick Scott"
3) "Let the streets soak and their fucking red capitalist blood"

I want everybody defending Hasan Piker to see the moment he shocks his dog simply for standing up. This is the cruelty he owns. It's not just what he says, but also what he does.

It's just frustrating that I now have to deal with 1000s of Hasan fans doxxing and harassing me for the next few weeks for the crime of just trying to earnestly talk about my experiences of a national tragedy online
