X.com is a great place to learn, develop, practice, and sharpen ones debate skills; to be ready when the opportunity arises in real life. You can pick your own subject, learn from others, think, fashion your own response, get it critiqued in public, make mistakes, correct them, and delete when you're done. All in your own good time.
