Under HB209, handing someone a blank absentee ballot application is a Class D felony in Alabama. Also, if you pay your child to obtain, deliver or request YOUR OWN absentee ballot application, your child would be a class C felon and you would be a class B felon. #alpolitics – at Montgomery, AL
