Four years at the helm at Aston Villa There are so many ways to check how @UnaiEmery_ is doingq at #AVFC For instance, they just beat the league leaders for the fourth time in a row at Villa Park! Easily said than done! Why does Unai feel he has LOTS to do at Villa? How did he managed the Rise? #RiseofthVillans gets you all the answers 🤗 (updated to the Europa League win) #ChristmasSoon (and all that 😆) 📚 amzn.eu/d/0aDNeL2w

Where were the pundits and football experts who now say Unai Emery is the best manager in England when Carrick was nominated for Manager of the Year & Emery was ignored? Only months ago. You were applauding Carrick. FRAUDS! Emery is Aston Villa. You dont get it yet. Utd is dead

Unai Emery: "I have to say, I'm genuinely proud of the players. My job is difficult. When we get good results, I receive a lot of praise, but I want to make one thing clear: the players' job is harder than mine. "We have a great group of human beings. This season could go one way or the other, but we have to stay united behind them because they're showing tremendous work ethic and discipline." #AVFC

The estimated costs of shutting the North Stand this year is around £6m. The North Stand build is being funded by a combined £150m in ‘private placement’ loans (£90m+£60m). Unai Emery on four years at #AVFC: "I am not celebrating. The only celebration I have is when I can have some days off, or I can rest - another day working. I can remember four years ago when I came here. My birthday is 3rd November and on the day of my birthday I was preparing a game for 24 hours. And now is the same. I'm not doing celebrations, I’m only working more and trying to enjoy the way we are doing."

Unai Emery on Ross Barkley: "Firstly, as a person, he is a fantastic guy. Getting emotions together is important, and everyone needs to feel the same. Ross Barkley is a very good player with experience, and his career, I don't know why, was going down after Chelsea. When we watched him at Luton, we thought, 'Wow, what a player'. I am so happy with how he is playing his football for us, always being respectful whether he is playing or not playing. I am pushing him a lot offensively. I know he can score and can head the ball. I am very demanding of him offensively. I am happy for him." #AVFC

Match evening Newcastle away. Like us, feel like they are starting again. Brought in some decent players, new coach has started off to a ok start. We know this is a tough fixture so expecting us to ready. Manzambi may get some heckles for turning them down Whats score going be?
