🚶♂️ THE BOYS – MEN’S WELLBEING & COMMUNITY GROUP
On the first Sunday of every month, we meet at Sheldon Country Park for our monthly Walk & Talk.
It’s all very informal — a good walk with good people, followed by a coffee and a chat. There’s no pressure to talk about anything you don’t want to, and new faces are always made to feel welcome. Just turn up and join us.
But The Boys is about much more than our monthly walks. We organise regular socials and activities, with concert nights coming up and plenty of great days already enjoyed — including bowling, golf, ice hockey, mindfulness events and much more.
We also organise larger events for the whole community, including our Christmas event at the RAF Club, bringing local families and organisations together for a fantastic day.
It’s about getting men out, bringing people together, making new friends and having a laugh — while knowing there’s support around if you ever need it.
