I maintain that PlayStation VR2 was the biggest scandal of this generation (from a consumer standpoint of course, not the obvious endless layoffs).
£530 for something that effectively became unsupported from day one after the Horizon game came out.
Sony has seemingly started to close the door on PlayStation VR, as it sells more than 40 VR patents to Meta.
A total of two original first-party PlayStation VR2 games were released.

Today, Greg Abbott lowered Texas flags to half-staff for the THIRD anniversary of the October 7 attack in Israel.
On the third anniversary of Uvalde, where nineteen Texas children and two Texas teachers were slaughtered in a Texas elementary school. he DID NOT lower the flags to half-staff. He didn’t even mention it.
Apparently, Israeli children are more important to Greg Abbott, than Texas children.

This is getting harder and harder to justify.
According to the regional Nintendo eShop listings, FINAL FANTASY RESONANCE on Switch 2 is roughly:

🇺🇸 12.7 GB
🇦🇺 12.6 GB
And yet the physical Switch 2 release is still a Game-Key Card.
And that makes this one sting a little more — FINAL FANTASY RESONANCE was one of my most anticipated Switch 2 releases.
With FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE, file size could at least be part of the conversation. Here, we’re talking about a game barely over 12 GB.
Switch collectors have been very clear: we want the game on the cartridge.
PlayStation collectors have rallied around #NoDiscNoBuy. Maybe it’s time Switch 2 collectors were just as loud about full-on-cart releases.
I don’t want Muse. I don’t want Gemini. I don’t want Claude. And to hell with ChatGPT.
I want my phone to be a phone, my computer to be a computer, social media to connect me with actual friends, and generative AI to go straight back to hell where it came from.
If that makes me a “get off my lawn” guy… then get off my lawn.
