"Is he...is he *really* trying to go there right now?" She's absolutely fuming - how d a r e he thinks he has any right to criticize those she loves, calling them unstable. *He'd* been unstable the entirety of their relationship, more in love with magic, power, than her.

"What did you do?" He doesn't answer immediayely, hesitating, and she asks again, getting suspicious, "What did you do, Gold?"

"Bringing magic to town, lying to me about using it, being threatened by my friendship with Ruby, and then Hook. Oh! And--" She glares daggers at him. "There was that time you nearly set the library on fire."

"Hush." Gives her the classic stern librarian look. "And if you'll not, I *will* put a temporary sleeping potion on you."

"She's trying to kill me, I'm convinced."

"Sorry, @OccultDefiance. I had to do it to him." Distantly, she's pretty sure that's a meme. "He just...looked like he needed some threatening. And as one of your girl crushes, I felt it was my sworn gay duty to protect your honour."

"Bitch, like you haven't betrayed literally everyone in town at some point or another." Rolls her eyes. "Not to mention how you, oh, Idunno, cursed us all here in the first place." Belle is #done. Like beyond done.

"Even I want that and I'm gay, like damn." Wolf whistles. "The boy has moves."

Casually kisses her on the cheek. "Ya want a bedtime story too?" Teasing, because she knows who that was really intended for.

Shouts across the TL obnoxiously loud, "Oh would ya just kiss him already?!"

Casually punches @LeatherCladCad in the face and then knees him in the balls. "Ah, that's better." Once he's rightfully where he belongs, on the floor, Belle grins and says, "Mkay, we're even now. All that was for trying to kill me twice over."

"You'll go to the *what*?" She's a librarian, prides herself on having a well-read vocabulary, and even she doesn't know what the feck that means.
