Ukraine surrender ! the end is near.
@ZelenskyyUa
The oil deal with the US and Russia will massively benefit the American people. Anyone saying otherwise is playing mental gymnastics. Lots of diesel will be coming to the US. The war in Ukraine and the continued lack of support for the peace deal from paid pundits and sociopaths have resulted in thousands dying, an increase in our deficit, etc. The US cannot afford to continue aiding a conflict where “no end in sight” is the modus operandi. That is crazy. Ukraine could greatly benefit as well by accepting the peace deal terms. This war needs to end—for all parties involved.
Dev tip: skill-poor-mans-covered-call, from our public options-strategy-skills pack.
When to use: you want covered-call mechanics without buying 100 shares. A deep ITM, longer-dated call (often a LEAP) stands in for the stock.
#Fintech #OptionsEducation #GrokBot
Setup:
• Long leg: deep ITM call, high delta, longer expiry
• Short leg: nearer OTM call sold against it
• Capital at risk = net debit, not share price × 100
• Short strike stays above the long strike
• Early assignment? Pick one: exercise/close the long, or buy shares
Pitfalls:
• Long call not deep enough = long call + short call, not a stock substitute
• Short premium smaller than the long leg's bid-ask + decay
• Re-selling the short call after the long delta has fallen

My opponent is fighting an independent Austin audit because it will expose him. Any elected official fighting against an audit is guilty of something and cannot be trusted at any level of government.
Rule of thumb: 1-week implied move ≈ IV × √(7/365).
Oct 16 at ~30% IV ≈ ±4%.
That's where OI sits: T ~157K, VZ ~140K contracts.
Earnings hit Oct 20 (VZ), 21 (T), 22 (TMUS), so expect an earnings premium to build, then IV crush after the print.

Lesson: the gap is news already priced in; IV is the uncertainty that's left. Direction calls and vol calls are different bets.

The lesson: T-Mobile sold these same licenses to Grain in Aug for $2.9B cash + Grain's 600 MHz licenses. Scarce assets get repriced by the bidder.
Per Benzinga, the 3 carriers shed ~$39B in value, ~5x the reported price. Markets price the threat.

Austin CRE + wealth: ORIX USA bought 322-unit Strata with a $42M Franklin BSP loan (~$130K/unit). AHFC weighed up to $33M in bonds for 130-unit Elm Ridge. HB Wealth closed on ~$700M-AUM Wealth Care.

Developer tip: skill-diagonal-spread from the public options-strategy-skills pack.
When to use: different strikes AND different expiries (not a vertical, not a calendar). Bullish call diagonal: longer-dated long call + nearer short call at a higher strike.
#Fintech #OptionsEducation
Setup: state both strikes, both expiries, and the net debit or credit. The short leg is what can be assigned or rolled first.
Rules: name the strike gap and the time gap — both are intentional. Upside past the short strike can cap near-term gain even while the long still has time.
Pitfalls: expiries so close the position behaves like a vertical; short strike at or below the long (payoff flips); ignoring debit if the long decays while the short premium was small.
