I just sat down with Professor David Miller (@Tracking_Power) for @ATTRITIONPod to discuss his landmark Employment Appeal Tribunal victory and how it was won, the years-long smear campaign against him, as well as Pax Judaica and the recalibration of imperialism.

British anti-Zionist academic Dr David Miller has won a decisive legal victory at the Employment Appeal Tribunal this morning.
The Tribunal ruled that Dr Miller’s anti-Zionist worldview is ‘worthy of respect in a democratic society’ and should be a protected philosophical belief under the Equality Act 2010.
The landmark judgment also makes clear that Zionism can ‘legitimately and coherently be described as colonial and imperialistic’.
This shattering blow to the Zionist movement comes after they attempted to appeal the original Employment Tribunal ruling of February 2024, which affirmed that Dr Miller had been unfairly dismissed from his job at the University of Bristol in October 2021.
The Zionists had launched a smear campaign against Dr Miller at the university after he had given a lecture describing how ‘parts of the Zionist movement’ were a key pillar in driving Islamophobia. That resulted in his eventual unlawful dismissal.
Today’s Employment Appeal Tribunal judgment is a legally binding precedent that will serve to protect other anti-Zionists in Britain.

Westerners who don’t understand the overwhelming love that people have for the martyr Ayatullah Khamenei can’t fathom the different value systems that others live by. In this clip from 2009, Ayatullah Khamenei gave an emotional address after foreign-orchestrated, regime-change rioting broke out in Iran.
He said that his life was insignificant and that he only lived to serve the awaited messiah in Shi’a Islam. To that end, he would sacrifice everything. That’s what he believed in and that’s how he lived.
Iranians and millions of Shi’a Muslims around the world knew this about him. They saw his selflessness and Prophetic mannerisms. That’s why they honour him, pray for him, and cry for him. He found a special place in their hearts.
There is simply no such phenomenon in the Godless, atomised, and self-serving West, where people are governed by fear and capitalist exploitation, and where politicians are held in contempt by the people they rule.
